2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
The Health Optimization Plan consultation offered through this website is for informational and wellness purposes only. Purchasing the Health Optimization Plan does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Vita Veda Health or any of its staff. The consultation, including the review of your blood work, medications, supplements, lifestyle, and medical history, and the resulting personalized action plan, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or health concerns.
3. Services Provided
Vita Veda Health offers the Health Optimization Plan, which includes a one-on-one consultation involving a 360-degree review of your health (medications, supplements, lifestyle, and medical history), interpretation of your blood work based on your unique biology, and a personalized 12-month action plan to optimize your health. These services are educational and informational in nature and do not constitute medical treatment.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and located within the United States to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected service. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you have a billing question or dispute, please contact us directly.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through our services, including blood work interpretation, consultation guidance, or the personalized action plan.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vita Veda Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that the Health Optimization Plan consultation is informational and educational in nature. You assume all responsibility for health decisions made based on the consultation, the personalized action plan, or any other guidance provided through our services.
